Our trainings are made for the participants and not the other way round.

Learning means leaving the comfort zone, exploring new ways of doing things and change. We create room for experience in a positive context of trust.
As mentioned above, we do not think to change personalities or to force people into given patterns. The responsibility for the development is with the participants themselves. They profit from our experience, a differentiated and direct personal feedback and successful hands on methods and tools, that can be applied immediately.

Dan Wiener (*1961)
Has not only a great training experience, he is as well a specialist in designing bespoke trainings like Business Partnering, Story Telling, Personal and Leadership Development, Team Development, Corporate Culture and Live Media Competence according to the needs of his customers.
With his own company “communication & culture” he offers trainings, develops communication concepts and is coaching on all management levels. He is as familiar with clients in Finance, Industry, Tourism, Energy and Pharma as with the public sector and NGO’s, from global corporations to small start-ups.
In addition to his native language of German, Dan Wiener speaks English, French and Russian in trainings in Western and Eastern Europe, Asia, US, Latinamerica and the Middle East.
