Leadership as a position is often overestimated. Hierarchy is real and makes an organisation work, but it should not determine the way we collaborate or interact.
Authoritarian leadership models are outdated and are not accepted anymore by young talents. Up to date holocratic and collaborative models are more motivating, can adapt easier to changing circumstances and usually show better results.
